Villa Nando is a villa with a cute garden and a pool located in the Patlangıç area of Fethiye. Since it has a detached swimming pool, our guests who want to be away from the public eye on their holiday will be comfortable.

The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean condition and cleaning is done at the end of the first week in two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also done during these cleanings.

Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed with pesticides. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. Infrastructure works may be carried out periodically in the areas where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 3000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, etc. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged, lost.
