Villa Montaview is a villa with a cute garden and pool located in Fethiye Seydikemer/Eşen area. Since the detached swimming pool is quite protected from the outside, our guests who want to be away from the eyes on holiday will be comfortable.
* Since our villa is located in nature, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings, this is quite natural.
It consists of 2 bedrooms and has a capacity of 4 people. It is ideal for nuclear families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples. Everything has been thought of for our guests in our villa, which is furnished in a very stylish and modern way. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers on the pool terrace, eat wonderful meals at the garden table, swing on the swing and have pleasant moments.

The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean condition and cleaning is done at the end of the first week in two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.

Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. There is no additional fee. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. Infrastructure works may be carried out periodically in the areas where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 3000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, etc. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged, lost.
