Villa Lycian House is a very sheltered villa with a cute garden and pool located in Fethiye Yediburunlar area. Since the detached swimming pool is very sheltered from the outside, our guests who want to be away from attention on holiday will be comfortable.
* Since our villa is located in nature, in the surroundings; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility that there may be, this is quite natural.
It consists of a total of 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. It is ideal for nuclear families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples. Everything has been considered for our guests in our villa, which is furnished in a very stylish and modern way. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers on the pool terrace, eat delicious meals at the garden table, or swing on the swings and have pleasant moments.
NOTE: Electricity in our villa is provided by solar panels, but all electronic devices may not work at the same time.
NOTE: There is no iron in our villa.
NOTE: There is 1 WC-bathroom in our villa and it is for shared use.
NOTE: The last 2.5 kilometers of the road to our villa is a dirt stabilized road, so a six-high vehicle is required. The distance to the city center is 1 hour.
NOTE: There is no air conditioning in our villa.
NOTE: Since our villa is located on a hillside, it is not suitable for guests with small children as the pool front and surrounding area may pose a danger.
NOTE: Since our villa is outside the residential area, there may be problems with the telephone network connection.

The villa is delivered to the guests clean and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.

Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around. There is a possibility of being found. Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.
Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 2500 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded upon leaving the villa if there is no problem such as damage, damage or loss.
