Villa Leroy is a villa with a cute garden and a pool located in the Patlangıç area of Fethiye. Since it has a detached swimming pool, our guests who want to be away from the public eye on their holiday will be comfortable.
* Since our villa is located in nature, there is a possibility of finding butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surroundings, this is quite natural.

It consists of a total of 4 bedrooms and has a capacity of 8 people. It is ideal for large families and groups of friends. Everything has been considered for our guests in our villa, which is furnished in a very stylish and modern way. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers on the pool terrace, eat wonderful meals at the garden table, and have pleasant moments swinging on the swing.
Extras:
The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean condition and cleaning is done at the end of the first week in two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also done during these cleanings.

Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed with pesticides. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surrounding area. Infrastructure works may be carried out periodically in the areas where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 3500 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, etc. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged, lost.
