Villa La Mer Comfort is a very sheltered villa with a charming garden and pool located in Kalkan Kördere. Since the detached swimming pool is very sheltered from the outside, our guests who want to be away from the eyes will be comfortable.

Villa La Mer Comfort has 2 bedrooms in the villa with a capacity of 4 people. The villa has 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi. It has an open kitchen and a pool in its own garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, toaster and almost all the utensils needed in the kitchen. Barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas allow you to enjoy the garden without limits. In the living room, there is a seating group, television and furniture, while there is separate air conditioning for all rooms.
NOTE: During the winter period from November 1 to December 31 and from January 1 to April 30, home heating and pool heating are included in the price. For the summer period outside of this, pool heating is available for 1300 TL per day and must be kept on throughout the stay.
Extras:
The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.
Important informations:
Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. Infrastructure works can be done periodically in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur.
Damage Deposit:
Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 6000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.
