Our villa is located in Çalış, Fethiye, a major tourist center. Çalış Beach, with its breathtaking sunsets rarely seen, is also home to the endangered Caretta Caretta sea turtles. It offers a holiday experience surrounded by nature, within walking distance of the city center, the promenade, restaurants, bars, and markets. Our villa, which has a very central location, is 500 meters from Çalış Beach.
*Due to the villa's location in nature, there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc., which is quite natural.
The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. It is ideal for large families and groups of friends. The villa is furnished in a very stylish and modern style, and everything has been thought of for our guests. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers on the pool terrace, enjoy wonderful meals at the garden table, and spend pleasant moments swinging on the swing.
Extras:
The villa is delivered to guests clean, and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for stays of up to two weeks. Bed linen and towels are also changed during these cleanings.
Important Information:
Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental cars, guide services, health insurance, etc. are not included in the prices. All our villas, located in natural surroundings, are regularly treated with pest control. Despite this, there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the area. Infrastructure work may be carried out periodically in the areas where our villas are located. Due to this work, road work, electricity and water outages may occur.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival for any damage, loss, breakage, etc. The deposit is refunded upon departure from the villa if there are no problems such as breakage, damage, or loss.
