Our villa is located in Kınık Demre, the most preferred holiday region of Antalya. It is at a point overlooking the deep blue bays and magnificent islands. It opens the doors of a healthy and serene holiday for its guests, surrounded by nature, with its clean air and plenty of oxygen.

Extras:
The villa is delivered to the guests clean and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.
Important informations:
Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around. There is a possibility of being found. Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.
